No appoints available for five months. More than 19 minutes late they cancel your appointment. If you reschedule without more than a days notice you are a no show and they treat you differently

If you are new patient scheduling is a nightmare. They have to transfer you to their "scheduling specialist" and then she never answers so you have to leave voice-mail after voice-mail. Also to schedule she has to e-mail you a packet first. On this packet I wasn't putting down my social security number or my income(for obvious reasons). So that was an issue. Then after calling leaving messages about how the packet says it's incomplete if I don't fill those sections out she says ok put zeros, so I put zeros. Still won't let me send it. And you can't make an appt without sending this packet. Now after dealing with this for 4 hours today I am told I can pick one up from their office and take it home to fill out. What happened to just scheduling a patient and having them fill out papers at their appt? This has been the biggest waste of time on top of the most frustrating.

Have had a pleasant time with all staff members and doctors but there referral department is absolutely terrible. I've probably had to call them 10 times because they keep messing up my referral

Nothing good can be said about this clinic. They are a 501C corporation that only cares about the Federal money, & giving the patient nothing in return. They don't follow through with prescriptions or referrals. Because of the de.igraphics, right from the start patients are profiled & suspected of being recreational drug & alcohol abusers, and/or promiscuous, & treated as such. From the start my medical records were confused with someone else's, & when I approached Dr Salhotra to amend them he threatened to ban me from the clinic. It was downhill from there. Ultimately the dental clinic denied me dental crowns on the sliding scale that I qualified for as someone on minimal SSI. STAY AWAY!

LIFT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES is a wonderful community service. I totalled my car and thought I'd be unable to attend some dental appointments coming up. Lift was a real life saver. Comfortable, courteous and safe. I'd have no problem at all using them again. The vehicle was like new as well! I arrived on time and in good shape. I didn't have to wait long for a pickup either. Book ahead. Plan ahead.
