Dear deputy director, My name is Patrick Grier. I am writing to inform that this is a bogus and outrageous inaccurate complaint form and violation of policy on my behalf. I demand a full investigation!!! Against the unprofessionalism of Dr. Tanni and front desk staff only. The other staff members and manager are okay and handle with care. Dr Tanni and front desk employees on the other hand do not and are very non helpful. You can’t even speak with them over the phone directly without out an extension. Please check cameras I was not rude or disruptive at any point. This is a bogus claim and abuse of a patient of color and discrimination. I called Elica first to switch doctors because I found out that Dr Tanni is not looking out for my best interest nor does she even care about my day to day life and survivor by signing my disability paperwork. I want to speak to a board member or someone higher up than the doctors. View the camera footage not once did I raised my voice at staff or become disruptive. Since when? I’m handicap and doctor Tanni is insensitive and unreliable. She is mad I switched doctors and trying to cover her own self by making such an outlandish claim. I did not violate any patient and I don’t except this warning because it’s false in nature. Google reviews and yelp reviews with follow. In August 21, Dr Tanni claimed to be sick so she stayed home and worked from home. Which is fine and okay but the issue was I needed her to sign my paperwork for disability that’s what visit was for only. I was disgraced by front desk staff like I didn’t even matter. They simply said to make an appointment for that I said I did. It was for today August 21st, 2025. Not once did I raised my voice to them. I was accompanied with a friend. He can contest and witness to that. Please track down the camera footage and that can also be my witness. They’re liars and unhelpful and spiteful I switched doctors after that by calling my insurance company Molina. She cut me off from all the existing medication refills. Which is fine and okay. Doctor Tanni is a doctor that doesn’t listen to you at all instead she experiments you.

My son always seen by his family Dactor in this location. 4 days ago they call me . they said my son has appointment with his Dactor I drove about 35 minutes. when I arrived in the location. This location was closed They called me and told me .where are you I told Iam here 155 15 th West Sacramento. They said to me you’re in wrong address . I told them why not send me email or either text me the different location my son gonna be seen by the doctor They say sorry . They next location was 5 minutes away form this location They said reschedule the appointment.

The front desk at this clinic does not do its job. Today my son was supposed to meet with his family doctor. Dr. Head is a very good doctor and does his job well, but he was not at work today because he was sick, I wish him a speedy recovery. We did not know this because no one informed me about it. Yesterday there was an SMS confirming the appointment, and today the appointment was cancelled. Why did I only find out about this at the clinic? Why didn't they call in the morning and warn me? The girl at the front desk said that they called me in the morning to inform me about the cancellation of the appointment, but this did not happen. This is a lie, no one called me. I hope that next time the front desk workers will be more responsible and truthful.

The stuff of this clinic are rubbish, they don't know their working hours, i called to customer service they dropped my call three time, and than give the address of this bloody urgent care, when i arrived they were closed. Don't waste your time any Elica center.
