The worst clinic I have ever visited in 15 years. I have a appointment at 10:45 AM and and I was in the parking lot about 10:42 AM and there is no parking space available for parking anyhow I parked my car outside on the street and run towards the clinic! It was 10:55 AM. I was in the clinic already and they give me a form. I filled that form and they tell me the doctor gonna call your name. I fill the form and waiting for the doctor to call me and then the front lady call me and telling me you need to cancel this appointment and you have to reschedule because you are a 10 minutes late and I said are you kidding me? It takes me two months to book this appointment and I drive like 30 minutes to come to your clinic. If I was 10 minutes late then why did they give me a form and tell me to fill out!This place sucks one of the worst experience I ever had. Please don’t book any appointment in this clinic and the doctor sucks too and this is my first time I’m writing any review in my life! please don’t book any appointment and don’t waste your time on this place. This place is a trash, very bad and not friendly. I have attach the form too!

They changed my schedule 3 times So i had to wait 3 months for health care appointment. Some reschedule appointments they díd not called me so i had to loss my work payments , then i came and received just word " sorry".

Absolutely the worst clinic i have been to . Arrived to my newborns appointment just to find out it was cancelled since the practitioner called out and i was not notified. Asked if anyone else can see my daughter since i had already waited 2 weeks for my daughter to be seen since she’s a newborn . The receptionist doesn’t know how to communicate and they didn’t accommodate for there mistake . She said someone called me at 8 am to let me know that my appointment was canceled and i showed her my call log that i didn’t receive any call from them . Clinic is located in a shelter community. Bad staff . Avoid going here .

If you’re here you’re reading this Now you can’t say somebody didn’t warn you about this place. If you are sick and concerned about your health, I recommend you go elsewhere. I started going here about a year ago. It takes forever to get an appointment. Recently I scheduled an appointment with my doctor on a Friday. The office called me Thursday 30 minutes before closing to cancel the appointment. I called Friday morning to reschedule for the following Friday. Thursday comes, and in the morning, I get a message to confirm my appointment. Then at around 4:30 PM, I get a call from the office canceling the appointment for the second time in a row. Do not go here.

Finally! I found a clinic whose staff are kind, efficient and helpful. The PA was very pleasant and thorough. Reviewed all my medical records and treated me with much respect. The doctor that I was assigned to, took all the time needed to listen to me, gave me all the help, attention, and information regarding my needs, was superbly respectful, compassionate and kind. I left feeling hopeful and happy. I am quite certain that I am finally in good hands and with their care, I am on the road to completely recover my health. Thank you!
