Mixed feelings. Office girls are a mess and rude. Nursing assistants are incredibly wonderful and so helpful. Provider's unfortunately don't do a job they signed up for to better there patient. They want to waist time and money putting you on medication that you know doesn't work well with you're body. Insist on it for "insurance " purposes.
The worst OBGYN clinic my wife and I have ever dealt with. Their front desk is rude and disrespectful over the phones. The doctors dont stay on task and are completely clueless when it comes to scheduling. We have a very limited schedule we can come in for, and have been told repeatedly by the doctors to come in on Saturdays for labs, and yet when we do, the front reception desk tells us that they dont do labs on weekends. Instead, they tell us to go to fresno or Clovis. This is ridiculous. Family healthcare and adventist health are superior in every way. Use them instead.
Go anywhere else! They are horrible at answering phones. This is my second pregnancy and it’s been a horrible experience due to being stuck at this clinic. My last obgyn was on top of it when I missed an appointment and this clinic doesn’t care to reschedule you and when you try calling them yourself you’re waiting on the phone for 45 minutes just for them to hang up on you. Horrible experience! Going in I thought it was going to be great since it’s a new establishment but nope. These workers are very unprofessional and dismissive. I’m doing anything I can to be transferred elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
Dr. Banks and Dr. Sarria are like night and day when it was time for me to give birth Dr. Banks introduced herself to me to which I had to remind her that I’m her patient and have been seeing her for months now whereas Dr. Sarria remembered me instantly at the hospital even though I only had one appointment with him, he’s very informative and personal, highly recommended him. I had Dr. Resendiz at the beginning of my pregnancy and he misplaced my 20 week ultrasound results and didn’t inform me that I had gestational diabetes til my following appointment.
This place is 50/50. Some of the doctors are great, Dr Sarria and Dr Rivera are amazing! they actually care and take time to figure out whats going on. Dr.banks should be fired though. My whole pregnancy I tried to get help for sharp pain and cramps and she wouldnt even give me more than 5 minutes to converse! I started to bleed and she said it could be normal due to having sex! all she would do is come in, tell me about vaccines I should get, and judge me for wanting to do more research and she would literallyyyy be walking out the door, foot already out the room as she was asking me if I had any questions or concerns😐 Whole time those sharp pains and bleeding were due to placental abruption! I went into preterm labor after she denied asking for a doctors note to take some time off of work!
