I will never understand how my insurance sent me here as my PCP, genuinely one of the most horrifying experiences ever just walking into this place, getting stared up and down and glared at by people head to toe in tattoos and who look like they want to kill me. Insane that they would ever send anyone here who isn't actively in rehab I have never felt more unsafe and in danger in my life than when i had to visit for PCP services. So glad I was able to change but change immediately if you ever get assigned them for primary care services.
Tried calling. Disconnected after calling the first time and waiting on hold. Second call waited on hold for over 30 minutes. Prompt kept repeating "calls will be answered in the order received", but the call numbers kept going up, not down... "There are three callers ahead of you"... "There are four callers ahead of you"... "There are five callers ahead of you"... It literally went backwards... Tell me how that works if they are answering in the order they are received?
My experience at Tarzana Treatment Centers has been life-changing and life-saving. They offer great services, not only in addressing the root causes of my substance use disorder, which has helped lay the foundation for my sobriety, but also in mental health (psychiatry) and social services, such as their "RBH" sober living homes, which have proved to be a fantastic resource. The staff have been nothing but compassionate and helpful. I would recommend TTC to anyone who needs help with substance use disorders.
Weird to read these bad reviews I went in hopeless expecting the worse I came out a new better man and father not only was I helped by these caring people for substance abuse problems but also was able to do some parenting classes and now me and my daughter are best friends so to anyone wanting to make a change in life give it a try with a open mind and I bet you'll come out a different person, ONLY bad thing was intake but that's because I was high and scared but they were nothing but nice ONLY time they were mean is when I broke the rules but they showed tough love cause they actually care! Love You all there Sharon, Judy, Lori, Jenn, Amy, Holly, Gabby and Mikey in detox
Only giving 1 star because you won’t be allowed to add review. My son was in tarzana tx center residential facility in reseda. Left worse than when he when in and they kept his cell phone and won’t return it they said they will donate it. This people are not help full at all I tried to file a complaint and no one will help. It’s not possible that they are allowed to keep their phones and donate them. They are just worried that they have any type information that can be used against them that’s why they don’t want to return them.
