Horrible service , been trying to be seen since July and every time a day before the appointment they cancel. This has happened 5 times now. And everytime they reschedule it’s 2 months apart and they wait till the day before to cancel, so of course you don’t go to another clinic to set an appointment else where. If they can’t see patients they should just let you know up front. Super unprofessional.

When I came for my first appointment there was a gas leak which already set the tone how my journey would go. Now I lost my favorite dentist because of the confusing confirmation calls. It would really help if I even was shown how the Patient Portal worked that they kept telling me about. Now I have all my back teeth removed with no dentures when that was the entire plan. So if you want your teeth removed by sending you 200 miles out of town and have no way to get your dentures this your place! You won't be eating right for years. Also very confusing how my dentist has called out sick and yet that's not seen as a problem. Couldn't even have someone else fill for their position the day? So it's okay if my doctor calls of the appointment but I can't? I'm the patient. They shouldn't even allow that. I made a schedule to fix my health. Not an interview. Now I have no dentures when that was their entire suggestion. But I guess they can leave anytime they want even though it's my appointment.

Very rude unprofessional people. Not only after being refused to be seen for months they tried to refused my two day old daughter. The lady Sunny said that I had no proof that I even live in lassen county and that I need to email her all my documents stating my medical was infact being switched which I tried to give her prior and that I need to email her verification I even live here in this county. When I showed up she told me move so "she does not have to yell at me infront of others" also informed me that she will not allow the clinic to see my baby again. Luckily I switched doctors but im hear LAWSUIT. I tried to explain she works for this company and represents it that I was not rude or vulgar so she technically can't refuse us. So she said all she has to say is I cussed her out over the phone which I did not.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The only saving grace is that the nurse I talked with first at urgent care was kind, the doctor that came in after was not. I had one kind nurse I used to see as my primary a while ago, and they fired her. If you need medical care, go to Reno. If it is life threatening, go to banner emergency.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! After 3 months of an appointment being scheduled, had 3 confirmation calls, sunny just called me.. THE DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT.. said my daughter all the sudden can't be seen for a sports physical that we pay CASH for and has never been paid for through our medical insurance. Absolutely unacceptable for this to happen after 3 months and 3 confirmation calls to confirm.
