NP Won is the first and only medical professional that has actually improved my life and my health. Drastically! He made a checklist of things to get done when I first started to see him and slowly but surely I'm getting every single one of those things done. I have lost 29 pounds, almost everything on my blood work panel is improving, I have thyroid issues and he's got me on a path getting that taken care of. I feel so much better. And when I need a televisit, he sees me the same day. He is very cautious about medications and he explains everything till I understand. This office is great.
Today was my first appointment with Dr. Lin and I absolutely loved it! She was so caring and understanding. She listened to my worries and immediately took action. I'm looking forward to my follow up appointment after my labs. So happy I switched to this location as my primary care facility. The staff were so kind, the lobby had plenty of seating available, the entire office was extremely clean. I felt so comfortable as if I've been going there forever. This is GREAT health care!!!
Updated 03/29/2024 They moved back to stanton office, but the answering machine says it's closed. They were very caring even though I didn't have insurance. They made sure to let me know the prices beforehand and look for ways to cut fees. So grateful Old Review: This place is purely operated by a good hearted souls to help people in need. However, even with government funds, they’re going through hard time finding assistant nurses and doctors to volunteer and hire during covid. My mom got her multiple tooth taken out, covered, and had nerve inside one of the teeth taken out too. Which is extremely expensive at other places that we probably would never receive in our life time. Especially during covid we had extreme situations that we were preparing emotionally for her to live without them and had constant pain. Even if the intention is good, there are people that complain and requests bizarre demands. And the volunteers can get tired. I hope the community will give them smile with simple greetings, and they’ll continue to help our community too. Thank you Dr.Park, and Dr.Ethen. Ps. As of 2/22/2022 They’re temporarily closed because they couldn’t find assistance nurses.
They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me the Dr wasn't accepting new patients. They had a whole month to do that. They even scheduled and confirmed my appointment. I had to take a day off and pay for transportation. This is the type of professionalism you can expect from this office.
Livingstone CDC is a fantastic Clinic to be referred to, they take my State Medical insurance, the staff is bilingual, effecient and beyond the scope of normal offices I go to. They go out of their way to accommodate their patients and always show empathy and courtesy to us. Dr Clark Lew my GP is in the same office my wonderful and great Neurologist Dr Kyung Park they are gentle Tigers, and Dr Park often celebrates the community by bringing in pallets and cases of fresh fruits and vegetables to insure those who need wholesome good for you food, get it. Most Saturdays Dr Park and the girls from the office stand in the parking lot full of food and pass them out to anyone in need. An awesome proud feeling I get when I see them working so hard for their community to insure healthy food is consumed. This office truly cares for and about their patients and community they work in and give their time selflessly. Thank you and Kudos to Dr Park and Dr Lew and their staff at Livingstone CDC And to the lady a year ago that complained it took her little over half hour to be seen for her appt when has anyone gotten right in at their appointed time?;I will venture to say when you did see the doctor their he was very thorough and helped you too. Probably went above and beyond plus you were not feeling well and we're having a bad day. Huh?
