The nurse on call never answers the phone. The doctor consistently messes up my medication. I don’t even know what to do anymore. I need my meds and I literally can’t get ahold of anyone. The people who do answer transfer the problem to other people without a care in the world. They’re even standoffish and rude as if having to deal with the job they signed up for is some big inconvenience. I’m so tired.

Worst cleaning I have ever had anywhere. I need a crown and I'm on the wait list. I have so much mouth pain but only taking people from the 2024 waiting list...as the receptionist said "You have to wait your turn". WHAT??? They will not redo my cleaning and as the receptionist said, "You have to wait a year". I'll do everything I can to find a dentist that I can make payments to...Never going back to this God forsaken Sonoma Dental Clinic. The worst place I have ever gone to for dental work...and I thought Western Dental was a joke!

The dental department treated my son with kindness and respect…. He was seen really fast and they helped him make a plan of action for what was needed.. My sincere thanks to them for that💟

My mother came in today for a check up appointment at 11:00 am 3/27/24. She was neglected by all the staff and once she came in the little room waiting for nurse/ doctor she waited a hour in that room for one to answer and got fed up and left. Looking at some other reviews mentioning Financial reasons going there and also how majority of the people come to this place to get the same experience is offensive. We come here due to it being local and other personal reasons, We’re fortunate to being able to pay all the services done here but even paying to get their attention and them neglecting and discriminating her is inconsiderate. She also mentioned how the staff neglected a lot of the patients here aswell as they were gossiping instead of taking note of the patients there in line and will be rude If you interrupt them speaking and will give a sassy attitude throughout your experience there. This isn’t the first experience with them doing this to our family, as I mentioned my family is doing well financially thanks be to god, my mom drives a luxurious car, when they have seen her arrive they make rude comments about her going to this place since it’s a public/ free( with insurance) clinic, talking about if we’re talking a handout or if we’re being cheap coming to this place. I hope to the other people coming to this place don’t get the same treatment and experience.

This place comes off like they go out of their way to make me or my wife/kids feel small. In addition to that, there is no continuity of care. If you see the same doctor a few times, you're lucky. I've seen SO MANY different doctors at this location. I've always got a new GP, to the point that I have no clue who to put as my GP when seeing a specialist/anyone outside of this location. Years ago, a doctor told me I should be doing something more to provide for my familyz, if I was relying on handouts like I was, I wasn't doing enough. I was told by another doctor she didn't have time to hear my problems and I needed to hurry up. I come here because I have to. Not because I want to. I truly wish I were more fortunate and able to purchase better insurance for my family. This is the reality of things, though and it's significantly better than nothing.
