A community medical patient seen on sliding scale charge. Well organized and has excellent doctors and staff. With very caring people.
Unbelievable amount of wait time. Almost every appointment I have made for my self or my children. We are waiting an hour after our appointment time. The nurses claim doctor is with another patient. What is the point of me making an appointment if they are going to be with another patient, at the time of my appointment. It’s extremely frustrating. I don’t have all day to wait for the doctor.
I started to go to Santa Rosa Community Health at Vista, because I looked up for better medical treatment. In my town I didn’t find any professional really good care. Nurse Leslie helped me from the beginning and whenever I needed help she was always there with a big smile. Dr. Sidhu is wonderful, he’s a good listener with his patients, about health issues and concerns. I have to drive an hour round trip for my medical appointments, but the medical care is worth it. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.
DONT GO HERE.. I would go here for while I was pregnant to get checked up - every apointement 40 min - 1.5 hrs wait time.. I decided to take my child to different pediatrician, BEST DECISION... I would need paperwork filled out for my leave absence at work, it took about 3 weeks to get a response back.. Needed plan B recently, nurse made a mistake and sent to the wrong pharmacy.. I asked to get the prescription changed to a closer pharmacy and it was not.. when SRCH front desk called me to notify, she wasn't helpful and was instructed i needed to call the pharmacy to get it changed myself. - I saw the notes front desk called left on mychart about the phone call. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. I'm so glad i decided to take my son to a different pediatrician. I will be going somewhere else.
I started going to SRCH recently because I needed a new primary doctor. I found the doctor to be very knowledgeable and kind. I felt valued and treated with respect. On my last visit, I needed to be seen right away. So I took advantage of making a next day appointment. I came in early and waited for an opening in their appointment schedule and saw the first available doctor. Within a couple of hours, I was seen by a doctor, and I was on my way. The facility is located on a beautiful location on Round Barn Circle.
