I am changing my review from thumbs down to thumbs up. First, because I was very angry when I wrote my last review due to frustration but it was harsh and a bit unfair. The problem I had was not due to poor medical treatment. I have always had great healthcare here. It was due to a lack of inner office communication getting a signature for my handicap placard. This is a medical clinic, and the focus should reflect the care I am receiving. I'm happy to say my medical care is really great, and I felt it only fair to give a review that reflects the main focus of the clinic. When there is a consorted effort to make a patient feel heard and to attend to their concerns, it makes a huge difference in that patients life. I get that at Santa Cruz Community Health. Thank you, Dr. Wall, Dr. Kirkhart and especially my favorite doctor, Dr. Karagiannis! I do appreciate the care I am receiving at Santa Cruz Community Health and would recommend this medical facility for individuals and families. Rest assured, you will be well taken care of!
The staff here is unprofessional, do not listen to “client” concerns, throw their hands in the air and don’t follow up on the questions patients have. They do not communicate with or review information regarding specialists. I do not recommend seeking medical help or advice from this clinic or their staff, especially after they requested I go to TeleCare where I was Graped. When I reached out for a follow up and assistance with my medical records they said they couldn’t help me. 0/100 recommend
If only the system allowed me to give them zero stars. We followed our kids' doctor there when she left PAMF, and it has been by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had in 50 years on this planet. What a terrible, terrible, terrible business model they have. You spend 45 minutes on hold to speak to someone who doesn't know what they're talking about, gives you misinformation, mis-schedules, unschedules, reschedules and cancels appointments on their own whim. The absolute worst. I'm done.
I recently started going to their facility in Ben Lomond & have had the best medical experience I've had in a LONG time! Dr. Lovell was so thorough, empathetic & kind. I am so glad we have this office in San Lorenzo Valley now. It was severely needed.
Casey Kirkhart is a wonderful doctor Takes the time to listen and in turn provides excellent care. 5 stars .......
