(PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO) I didn’t have a good experience here. First off the building looks very old and unprofessional. Secondly I went for the first time because i wanted to find a new Psych office and decided to check this out without looking at any reviews. My appointment went okay with the nurse practitioner. Then I found out my medication is not in stock anywhere and tried to communicate that with them. I was later completely forgot about even after i called a few times about it, i never heard back. Then i called to cancel my upcoming appointment because why would i go? it’s supposed to be a follow up. Then the front desk answered and i informed her that i had a bad experience and would like to cancel my appointment and she said “okay i will go ahead and do that” and i was being respectful and said okay thank you…as i was about to say have a nice day she slammed the phone and hung up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This place is terrible don't chose the. As your provider they cancel your appointment and tell you your 2 months out. Run from this group

I go here for my appointments. I recommend Roger Ngaha. He listens to what I say. He’s not those dirty pill mill psychiatrist who throws many combinations of addicting medications at you. He listens and actually takes the time to see what my issues are. He always willing to speak to me. Never pushes me to do something I am not 100% comfortable with. Sometimes with my voice it can be hard to understand me but he’s a great listener. I have no idea why these people gave him bad reviews. He’s a really nice guy, he’s pleasant to talk to. Very well mannered individual.

had an appointment with a male NP and all he did was talk about trump and biden the entire appointment even though I told him politics triggered me. He also gave me little to no room to talk about my own issues and when I did I felt extremely uncomfortable.
