Newer headquarters of San Ysidro Health corporate offices. Wonderful organization that does a lot of good for the community.
I have been a patient of san ysidro health care for more then 15 years, but since they started to rotation on the employees in the clinics, the service has been very unpleasant. The staff doesn't care to return phone calls less send the prescriptions to the pharmacy and the worse part is to try to get appointments takes up to 3 to 4 months. I stay in there because I have found a great Dr
So far I have not had a good experience with any employee of San Ysidro Health. You can guarantee they pay poorly, because why would even the doctors seem to hate their jobs?
Tired of keeping quite. Long story, try to make short. I had really bad carpal tunnel in both hands. Did the nerve test. SY health sent me to an Ortho. For about 3 week SY health (Denise specifically) wouldn't return any phone calls. The Ortho simply needed the nerve test. Finally I got a hold of a supervisor, who then referred me to another Ortho. Claiming the first Ortho didn't accept my insurance. I thought that was odd. So I called the originally Ortho and they said they do accept my insurance. Finally I got all paper work sent to Ortho and I have had both hand done Today, I receive a call from SY Health following up on my referrals. I simply just laughed. Now I have since also seen my primary doctor at SY Health and told him I had first hand done and waiting for the second hand to be completed The referral lady that called seemed not to know anything about my referral. And named off the wrong Ortho. She also asked what doctor and wanted the phone number for the surgeon. Wait, she wanted the phone number and name to the doctor they referred me to. Come on!!! I am so confused, do people at SY Health read? Do they actually chart what goes on with their patients ? This seems very well unorganized! This kind of behavior doesn't promote faith in SY Health.
