Go literally anywhere else. Internal staff lacks any competence, long wait times on the phone sorting anything out, no one calls you back, I genuinely believe they do not care about your health. There is zero internal communication between departments & no one has any clue what’s going on. Found them through my provider finder, had an initial appointment everything was fine, made a second appointment an hour before they tell me I’m not in network.. it’s a Saturday billing isn’t open. I spend hours on hold the following week, woman in billing knew nothing, demanded a manager call me back, one did she confirmed I was in fact in network. I spoke with my HR at work and they spoke with our insurance confirmed I’m in network here. I’m billed IN NETWORK. Against my better judgement but for telehealth convenience and already having established care I made another appointment and yet again Dr is now telling me I’m not in network and she had nothing communicated to her I was. I am need of refills on my medication was told management would call me back no one has called. Don’t even bother wasting your time. I saw Stephanie Roe and she was fine I don’t have any complaints about her but all internal staff are awful, establishment as a whole is so poorly run it’s hard to believe they “truly care” about anything. Do not recommend. All negative reviews are accurate. 12/30 I followed up with true care immediately via email as they expressed desire for in their response to this review - it’s been 3 days and they still have not contacted me.
My review is regarding Angela Han in the mental health department. The process started off great and we found medication that worked great for me. But then towards the end she became disrespectful and resentful towards me. She looked down on me and would essentially blame me for being depressed/unmotivated. I remember her saying "what are we going to do about this" as if I was supposed to have the answer and wanted to be struggling.
They will never call you back , if you ask for a supervisor or manager it just wont happen . You like what they offer or not , they follow most laws but will push you around by saying YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE WARM LINE ABOUT A YEAR LATER I "M feeling like meeting a vip in the sky. Every single referral had some weird issue that caused more issues .God knows you TrueCare workers know what I mean
I have an appt on the 13th. I needed my blood pressure meds refilled to JUST get me to that date. The agent told me no and go to ER if I have side effects. I’m not requesting Vicodin or fentyal. I have NEVER experienced this in my life. You know stopping blood pressure meds abruptly can result in serious issues even death.
I am currently 36 weeks pregnant, and my prenatal care — or lack thereof — has been absolutely horrendous. The front staff has been passive-aggressive and even gave away one of my appointments. When I reported the passive-aggressive employee who hung up on me, I was told she doesn’t even work at that location. At 33 weeks, I was finally scheduled to meet with a doctor. When I arrived, they claimed there was an issue with my insurance, saying it wasn’t active, even after I showed them proof that it was. Instead of allowing me to see the doctor, they gave away my appointment and sent me to the financial department. I had already explained multiple times that I had other obligations that day and couldn’t wait around, but they seemed more concerned about billing my insurance than providing care. After I finished speaking with the financial department, the front desk asked if I was already done because they had given away my appointment. Over an hour later, they finally called to say the doctor was “ready for me,” but by that point, I had already left — as I had clearly communicated I would. A few days later, someone called to tell me I missed the appointment they gave away. When I explained what happened, the staff member documented the situation inaccurately in my chart, twisting the story to make it look like I was at fault. I have yet to speak with an actual OBGYN. I have several health issues this pregnancy, and every time I ask the staff or the midwife a question, I’m told, “That’s something you need to ask the OBGYN.” How am I supposed to do that when I haven’t even met one? It has now been three weeks, and not a single staff member has reached out. This place is completely incompetent, and the entire staff needs to be retrained.
