They never answer the phone at the front desk. I thought this was a clinic? Why should I have to keep calling in order to get things done? I have a prescription that they need to fax because they never faxed it . They just hang up on you like you're not a patient there.
My client comes here for services and it has been less than adequate. I'm sure they are making a difference with all the different services they offer. If you have some staff with no compassion or understanding of the diversity of community they serve or even how to deal with mental health issues. That's training everyone needs, especially the clinic . I will give you credit for helping and making a difference.
Their resources are amazing. The CEO and president Daniel Johnson, is doing great things for our community. Had the honor of meeting him at a Chamber of Commerce meeting that he hosted. Incredible!!! Please support this organization in any way you can!
Almost impossible to reach at their clinic. Missed appointments, wrong appointment times, and few returned calls. Lastly their back area has some employees who are dehumanizing, condescending and like to micromanage. People can fall on hard times... Treat people with dignity and compassion. Don't power trip. Some guy made a sexist comment about women at the front desk.
Rude old man that works in the back. They give you a lot of grief to get help. This place makes it harder on people that could use help. People are not informed of everything whether they’re workers or clients. This place needs better people with compassion to serve the community. The old man in the back needs to NOT talk to clients. He’s rude and needs to stay away from the clients. The city needs to look into how they treat clients. The workers need better training on how to serve the community with compassion and understanding. It’s weird how the workers treat clients as if they’re defrauding the resource center. The ladies that use to work there before were great! Nice to clients, compassionate.
