How is it possible that in the health system there are such incompetent people bad service they do not answer calls much less know how to take the appointments of a patient with important needs such as surgeries that perhaps they do not pay them?

Camino Health Center is the absolute worse clinic and has complete garbage patient care! They have unprofessional doctors and staff who don't care about their patients. There is a high turn over rate and I always see new faces when I come for my appointments. There are long hold times when you call in, no one calls you back, they never get the paper work, work order, or authorizations done on time for MRI, surgeries, etc. It's been nothing but frustration dealing with them. I've been dealing with cancer and they have dropped the ball several times with appointments and paperwork. It's a very stressful time in my life and I don't need the extra headaches or stress. I've had no shows on video call appointments and it's impossible to reach someone on the phone. That's completely unprofessional! Please do yourself and love ones a favor and go somewhere else for quality care and peace of mind. I'm glad that I'm going somewhere else for health care. This place is awful!

I liked the doctor and my experience with her. But everything else is a one star. First issue is that it took about a month and a half to get an appointment. Second issue is that I was prescribed two medications that were never called into my pharmacy, and given it was the end of the week, I had to wait until Monday for Camino Health Center to open to get the matter resolved. Given I had an infection and needed antibiotics. It is a bummer I had to wait several days to get relief because of their mess up. Found out they called my prescription into a different pharmacy than what I had given them. After over a week, I never got the results from my throat swab to find out why my throat was swollen. I have called multiple times and wait an average of 20 minutes each time to ask for my results, then I am told they will have somebody call me. As I sit here today, I still do not have a callback or my results. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a doctors office.

Excellent clinic, very good service, the staff, doctors, nurses and assistants are friendly, polite and explain in detail your diagnosis, treatment and suggestions in both medical, dental and laboratory consultations, all are extraordinary They have service in Spanish and English and 3 nearby clinics, all are great. The experience with the pediatricians Dra Romero and Dra Jackson (Dental) was very valuable and significant in our lives, they were always aware of my little girl's allergy needs or follow-up treatments.
