They should have a bilingual employee; the receptionists are not helpful. Many workers are at their jobs to earn their salary, but their customer service is terrible.
THEY NEED UPDATE THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM ITS SLOW AND THEY NEVER PICK THE PHONE. WHEN YOU REQUEST THE OPTION THEY GIVE IT AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP ON YOU. WHEN YOU REQUEST OPERATOR IY KEEPS REPLYING THE SAME OPTIONS.
A big thank you to Ms. Veronica Martinez, Front Office Receptionist at AACI. She was nice , professional and helpful. She helped us make many phone calls to conduct the doctor, because we are old and hard of hearing she explained to us very patiently. It moved us very much, and we feel very warm. We would also like to thank AAIC Moorpark for providing such excellent stuff and services to patients. Thank you very much!
completely dysfunctional organization. received a referral and was told they’d reach out to me in a month, they finally left me a message after a month 5 minutes before their office closed on friday and left me a voicemail on monday afternoon saying i didn’t pick up in time and would how to go threw the referral process again. especially off putting since this is a place that supposedly offers behavioral health services
I started herewith a counselor that was understanding, though rather passive. He helped me figure out a few things that goes on with the brain, and progress was slow, but at least progress helping me figure out a diagnosis. Then he left AACI. The new counselor i was paired with kept flat out denying a bunch of things I suggested, and highly defensive. Progress screeched to a halt, as she kept saying no to things without really explaining why. Then there was the psychiatrist who was hardly involved. He'd come into the meeting for a few minutes, and then leave the rest to the others They are not interested in learning and figuring out issues. They're interested in passively collecting on your insurance
