My father went here with pain on his tooth and they were so helpful. Took his tooth out and his face is no longer swollen.
I'm pregnant right now and Olivia and yesina are no help. They don't do anything for you. I can't even be seen because I don't have medical. And they told me just to apply and wait. It may take months for medical to get back to me. They aren't helping me at all for expediting the process. So I can't be seen by a doctor for maybe months and I'm pregnant. All other staff is helpful.
The oldest lady that works at the front desk is so rude. She is bothered by our questions every time. It's the lady that has been there since I was born. She's been there forever. I'm sure you know who I'm talking about. Everyone else is kind and patient.
Been my Dr 3 years. Phone on hold forever. By the time they answer(1hr) I never remember why I was calling bc I had a stroke. The phone problem has been a hassle from day 1, is real health care hurdle for cognitive and memory patients
So I’ve been trying to contact them, I just need a simple answer-am I eligible to get my COVID booster since I received my initial doses there. The recoding said I have less than a minute to wait. I called at 4:35, it is now 5:16. This is very typical for this 3rd world facility. I think the only reason I received the doses there in the first place is that when I repeatedly kept calling and I couldn’t get any one to answer I told them I was going to go stand in front of them in person. Maybe I can go to their board meetings? Less than 1 star
