Ive called several times for a single appointment. Was told id get a call back but it's taken almost two months to get a call back for a single appointment. Not to mention they had a welfare check done on me saying I killed myself when I never did and that my son was left alone when he was not. I don't trust this clinic.
Caution recommended when considering more complex dental procedures at Equity Health Dental. My experience included two visits that left me concerned about the level of care provided. First Visit: During a routine procedure, the dentist used a very strong solution that emitted a sharp, burning smell—reminiscent of enamel being eroded. This raised serious concerns about the impact on tooth structure, particularly enamel thinning. Second Visit: I went in for a filling, and while still numb, was asked to assess whether my molar (a key grinding tooth) was level. Unfortunately, this led to the tooth being reduced far too much—its height was essentially cut down from about half to a quarter of what it should be. It’s now affecting my bite and overall comfort. Clinic may be suitable for cleanings or very basic dental maintenance. However, for fillings, implants, or any cosmetic or structural work, seek a more experienced and detail-oriented dental professional.
The entire staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. I'm so grateful I found this place and Pcp. They care about you. They listen. I highly recommend Equity health. I've never in my life felt so cared for after very serious condition.
My primary care experience here has been pretty bad. I had bloodwork done last year where there were some markers to watch out for. I received no correspondence on this until the following year when I went again for my next annual check! This was obviously unacceptable to me, so I asked if my doctor could make sure to notify me this time if anything came back. She agreed by scheduling a telemedicine call with me. At the time this seemed fine, but it was billed as a separate visit (read: expensive!) for something that she should have done anyway. So I tried contacting billing. The billing department is so difficult to reach. They are technically supposed to have the same hours as the rest of the clinic but the 4 times I’ve called, there was no one manning the phone. I’ve tried contacting them via the online portal as well to no avail. Here I am 6 months later writing this review. Frustrating to say the least.
I had a good experience with Equity Health. Dr. Wilson is kind and very professional. Her assistants are also very friendly. I can not thanks enough to Dr. Wilson who provide the effective treatment and advise in reducing my wife’s left shoulder pain. We are lucky to have Dr. Wilson as our primary physician.
