This place is odd. I have been trying to get a hold of billing for 2 months and it seems like they do not pick up or call back. Office staff have lied to me numerous times about how much I owe. Had 2 conversations with management. They said I would be sent an itemized bill about 3 weeks ago and I have not seen anything yet. The doctors are good. But the organization is very off.
Even though this is somewhat far from where I live but can say it's the best dentist I been too had a serious cavity pain and they did a good on fixing it on the spot, The young ladies were polite and caring when starting & ending procedure, totally recommend it
I went to their Dental office and could not believe that amount of care that I received. We took photos of every single tooth gave a recommendation for every single tooth and then performed work on my really infected tooth all for about $107 Then I have been going to the doctor side for primary care after having a heart attack and they have been excellent. Very high level of care. This clinic is a hidden gem.
2 stars because my therapist that I see here is amazing, and the family planning unit is great as well. Psychiatry, as well as the general physicians, are AWFUL. Every-time I make an appointment w a general practitioner, they don’t even know why I’m here. Extremely rude and condescending, they will brush you off and try to make the appointment as short as possible. Have literally had a doctor tell me “I don’t even know why I’m seeing you” like ok, maybe read my chart ??? There is absolutely no communication between staff whatsoever. I work in the medical field myself and I would never treat patients this way. DO BETTER.
I've had no problems with the main clinic, but the eye care office is terrible! The office manager has some... problems. I was 8 minutes late to my appointment, and I could tell he didn't "check me in" based on how other patients who came after me were checked in. I don't think he ever told the doctors I was there. After waiting an hour and a half and watching the waiting room clear out, including people who were walk-ins and checked in after me, I realized that this guy behind the desk was punishing me for being late. Well buddy, I guess i've learned my lesson: go somewhere else!
