I’ve been coming to this dental office for quite some time, and while I generally appreciate the care provided, I’ve consistently experienced an issue with one staff member’s attitude that I feel compelled to address. During my most recent visit, I was informed there is a new QR code check-in process. As I was attempting to pull up my camera to scan the code, my phone was loading slowly due to overheating. Before I had the opportunity to complete the process, I was abruptly told to move to the tablet and sign in there because appointments were being made. The tone felt unnecessarily impatient and dismissive. I understand that front desk staff often manage multiple responsibilities at once, and I respect that. However, professionalism and courtesy should remain consistent, regardless of how long someone has worked at the office or how busy the moment may be. Patients should not feel rushed or spoken to in a way that feels condescending. I value this practice and the dental care I receive here, which is why I believe it’s important to share this feedback. A calm, respectful interaction goes a long way in maintaining a welcoming and positive environment for patients.
The MA provider finally updated my name change that was legally done years ago. I asked the front desk staff to updated it 12 months ago and continued to be deadnamed for a whole year with no real explanation or assistance in changing it. They pretended to and scanned my ID and told me it was updated but to no avail every phone call regarding making an appointment was a hassle because they didn’t have my legal name in the system. The provider was appalled by the lack of care and sincerity and took him 1 minute to do…..it took one minute to update it and I’ve asked for one year with refusal every single time. I noticed the staff looked different and they were very caring and listened to my concerns and reasons it’s disgusting how it took one person to finally update my legal name. I don’t care if the staff reads this and judge me….the three stars is for that one person that made a difference.
Worst experience ever! If you have insurance I would definitely not recommend this clinic. As for a Native American clinic they’ve been canceling every time you make appointments. Shortage’s on fluid shots, hard to get. Went in for teeth cleaning with a Alyssa Rifilato. Certainly the worst experience, both were rude & didn’t polish or put anything on the teeth for protection. She left my gums cut & swollen. She mentioned it will be sore for a few days! Then her assistant just handed me a cup of I’m thinking mouth wash & said “here!” I swooshed it around to rinse off. When I got home my teeth hurt & had blood on them. Very painful experience! My teeth ache so bad! She mentioned to her assistance for my next appointment for next cleaning since I’m Native American & so it covers it sarcastically, so I decided to decline the appointment. The bedside manner was horrible & kept talking about people not buying items on her postings to her assistant who didn’t seem to care about having a patient there. I felt they thought I was just an inconvenience & just rushed out. Very unprofessional. I had good experience in the past on teeth cleaning. Only once had a issue, but left it alone. I was suppose to get a white filling replaced. I was willing to pay out of pocket since it wasn’t covered, but still ended up with a silver filling I did not want. Had to use a account since I Normally don’t post anything, but this was not good at all unfortunately! :(
I am not one to write a review, but after my experience with the center this week, I will no longer be using their services UNLESS it's with my trusted and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Ann Marie Correa. She is the only reason I’ve continued coming here, and the only provider who consistently demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and competence. I started feeling sick on Monday and submitted an appointment request through their website because their phone lines are so backed up that you're immediately asked to leave a voicemail. On Tuesday, I called and left a message—no response. By Wednesday, I was desperate for a telehealth appointment just to get a doctor’s note to return to work. When I finally got through, the receptionist was completely unfamiliar with what a clearance note even was and failed to communicate clearly during the scheduling process. The only appointment offered was with Dr. Jeren Riley, who is not my doctor and, frankly, should not be seeing patients without improving their basic professionalism. The appointment was a complete waste of time. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and more frustrated than before. The receptionist who scheduled the appointment also contributed to the confusion and inefficiency. Between the lack of follow-up, poor communication, and the dismissive attitude of Dr. Riley, this experience was unacceptable.
First of all I never write bad reviews. But I feel it's my duty to let the public know of my horrible experience with this clinic. I showed up 7 minutes late and had to wait an additional 2 to 3 minutes in line and then the woman at the front desk said that I can't be seen because I was late. They didn't even call me to see if I was coming and I don't remember reading anything saying if you're just 10 minutes late you can't be seen. My chiropractor there is Allison Champagne who rescheduled on me a few times in a few months which was also a bit of an inconvenience. To top it off I told the woman the day I was late to please take me out of the system and I wouldn't be coming back yet I just received an email saying I have another appointment soon which really upset me. I called today and a woman named Laura who answers the phone hung up on me when I was exclaiming my experience. Sure I might have had a little bit of an elevated tone but I never swore or called her names etc. I would never do that. The mark of good customer service is handling someone who's upset and not taking it personally. Getting hung up on is never fun as I had to call back and wait another 10 minutes before anyone answered the phone and start the process all over again. In any case, beware of this place. They aren't professional and if you're slightly late they may tell you they can't even see you without a call or warning depending on the practitioner etc. The silver lining is Johnny who's in the quality Care department took my feedback well and my hope is that the business and customer service will improve based on all I shared.
