Sac is a great place full of caring nurses and Dr’s I would definitely recommend!
If you don’t have health insurance, please please please don’t ever. come here. An appointment just to do anything here is $200. And they don’t mention that at all when you walk in to check in. I came for my dad’s physical exam and we plan to do blood work for the entire check up on my dad’s physical being. The entire bill was around $400 NOT including the $200 if want to book an appointment just to get your RESULTS from the lab. We had to cancel the blood work because it was deranged how the prices was (11 labs to test while some of them aren’t even in your clinic?) and the physical exam only took like 10 minutes and, and, ALSO totally not adding the entire hour and a half in the check up room just by ourselves. The front desks workers are never serious, literally just scrolling through their target purchases while I’m trying to get a refund. Because of this, I’m worried for anyone who goes into a checkup by themselves especially when they are needed of a translator because of these clinics’ existence. My entire morning didn’t felt any sense of worth now that I don’t even know if my dad is healthy or not. Please go anywhere but here, it’s not even worth your time even if you have insurance.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Let me start off by saying the receptionists and nursing staff were kind, patient and communacative I had no issues with them whatsoever. I was in the waiting area for about an hour after my appointment time before getting called in. Once I was called in it still took almost another hour to get seen by the doctor. When the doctor finally came in she was very hostile in her mannerisms and tone towards me. The doctor was very short/rude with her demeanor and wouldn't allow me to explain my issues fully, she also would interrupt me. I also had overheard two nurses complaining that I was waiting too long for lab work so they sent me home because the lab technician waited so long to call me in that they ended up leaving for lunch (which I had not eaten all morning because I knew there was a chance I would get labwork done). Over all I was there for about 3 hours and didn't even get the help I need. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, take your health issues elsewhere.
We show up for my mom Dr, appointment today her appointment was at 1pm and the lady at the front desk tells me my mom didn’t have health coverage insurance then I need to pay for it or call my insurance and book another appointment I left and I’ll call insurance and everything was good. I waste my day off work and my mom her doctor appointment. On this place they don’t know what they doing.
Appointment 10:30 am Checked in at 10:00 am Didn’t get called in till 11:10 Was there for baby’s shots(12m). First nurse took vaccination card with her, waited more than 30 min so I opened the door asking where’s my nurse. A different nurse is sent to me. She had me holding my baby’s arms and legs, I only have two arms. She didn’t bring back my vac. Card so I had to wait more time just to get it back. From 10:00 am till 12:50pm. Is this a regular time for a visit with an appointment????
