Only put one star because I can’t put zero. This was the last straw. Worst place possible for health related concerns. I had a medication filled before realizing that cvs wouldn’t be able to transfer it since I’m out of town. reception staff ARGUED with me about not being able to send it saying I didn’t have a refill (I just had my last refill filled). Proceeded to ask another doctor who I’ve never seen before and comes back saying he said no too. CLAUDINE NURSE PRACTITIONER IS GREAT, but was not in apparently. Receptionist proceeds to talk over me and tell me verbatim “ why don’t you ask cvs why they are baiting you to have more medication filled by request!” (I had a fill available I did not select to have cvs request) It’s not my job to fight your battles with cvs and sorry for making you do your job. I guess my FILLED MEDICATION WILL SIT AT CVS where I cannot pick it up, leaving me without meds. completely disrespectful and ignorant to anything you ask. Will happily book you for end of day appointments then doctors text in front of you during appointment and rush you out of the door saying “all of this will have to be another appointment”. Reception staff will answer phone right before lunch and put you on hold for entire lunch hour, or not say anything and put you on hold for up to an hour at a time. Staff will happily argue with you and talk over you on the phone. Every time I call this place I have to work up the nerve and energy to sit through hold music for long periods of time and literally fight for my own health because lord knows they won’t be doing it. More than once I’ve verbatim told the staff “it really doesn’t have to be like this”. By far some of the worst staff. If you want anything done go somewhere else and don’t say I didn’t warn you.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother left this doctor’s office feeling upset, unheard, and completely dismissed. She came in with multiple symptoms — as any patient might — only to be told the provider she saw only addresses two symptoms per visit. Seriously? To make things worse, she was told by the provider that she should have scheduled an appointment — which she did. So which is it? Why is this doctor even practicing if she doesn’t want to actually treat people? She seemed more annoyed by the presence of a patient than interested in helping one. Where is the main doctor or office manager in all of this? Does anyone in charge even know how rude and uncaring this provider is being to patients? On a positive note: the front desk and back office staff were kind and professional — complete opposite of the experience with the provider. Would not recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, competent care.
My experience is excellent specially with the Referal cordinador lisandra she is very helpfull and always so respecfull .. she is always able to help with all my needs and referals i have no complains shes amaizing
I called to make an appointment to get a referral to see an OB-GYN, but the person on the phone said I can’t be seen until two months later.
They prefer to treat their patients like drug addicts. Was seen for acute kidney failure, had surgery twice in a 2 week period I was suffering with severe anxiety. I needed pain medication and anxiety medication along with antibiotics and other meds. They had the nerve to tell me I don’t qualify for temporary pain management. Instead wanted to prescribe anti-depressants. Simply Outrageous considering the severity of my illness. Stay Away unless you want to suffer needlessly.
