I went in for some teeth work. The lady actually drilled down my canine tooth when NOTHING was wrong with it. I thought she was messing with it but felt like maybe I was wrong. We just went over what needed to be done and SHE DRILLED DOWN MY ENTIRE TOOTH!! Put a cap on it that took weeks to make and it never stayed longer than a month now the "stub" has broke cause I couldnt get in quick enough and now theres nothing they can do. This place is horrible. Why would you drilled down a tooth that has nothing wrong with it. I'll tell you why..cause I'm on assistance and it angers alot of people also they can make some more money saying they had to do work that didn't need to be done. My insurance hasn't changed. I tried coming in for my scheduled cleaning, they wont see me anymore. I don't understand, is this a joke? Like the one they pulled on me drilling my tooth? I'm so angry at this place!! NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY TOOTH!! I bet this review goes ignored and no one is investigated.

This clinic is terrible. I waited over 2 hours to see the doctor. When I came to do my lab tests, it turned out they never sent the order to the lab. I called them and waited an entire hour for a response, and in the end the issue was not resolved. I had to reschedule my appointment. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. There is only one dermatologist, yet they schedule far more patients than they can handle. The wait time is outrageous—I was told I would be the first patient to be seen, but I still waited over four hours, sitting in a crowded lobby with no updates or respect for my time. It honestly felt like they just wanted to fill the waiting room to bill as many insurance claims as possible. When I was finally seen, the dermatologist was unprofessional, impatient, and rude. Instead of listening to concerns, they talked over me, dismissed my symptoms, and acted like I was wasting their time. The attitude and disrespect were shocking for a healthcare environment. The staff doesn’t communicate, doesn’t care, and shows zero empathy. The clinic is disorganized, extremely slow, and feels more like a profit-driven business than a place that is supposed to help people. I walked out feeling unheard, frustrated, and honestly worse than when I arrived. I do not recommend this clinic at all. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere where your time and health are actually valued.

The clinic is very unprofessional including all MA’s and doctors, they schedule many patients and have long hours of wait just for ONE doctor, so unreasonable and unnecessary. One of the worst clinics I’ve been too!!

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this dental office. First of all, I came in for a professional cleaning. Believe it or not, the entire procedure lasted only 10 minutes! My husband also had his cleaning done here, and his appointment took no longer than 10 minutes as well. We both know this is not how a proper cleaning should be done. I spent more than an hour and a half just getting there, and this is the quality of service we received. When I asked why it was so quick, the assistant politely told me that “the doctor didn’t find any problems.” Problems? A professional dental cleaning has specific steps and protocols that must be followed. This was not a service it was a scam. We will be filing two separate complaints with our insurance about this fraudulent claim. Secondly, the office submitted a request to my insurance for crowns, which was approved. At the same time, one of my dental bridges fell out, and I initially wanted to have it fixed at this clinic. But after such a poor cleaning experience, I decided to see another doctor. I changed my service request at this clinic from a bridge repair to a crown. The visit was confirmed, and I arrived on time after another long trip across the city. To my shock, I was refused service on the spot, in the rudest and most unprofessional manner. When I asked why I wasn’t informed about this over the phone before I came in, they simply shrugged, rolled their eyes, and said, “Sorry.” I am currently 33 weeks pregnant, and traveling long distances is very difficult for me. To be treated this way with such disrespect and negligence is absolutely unacceptable. As a medical professional myself, I know exactly how proper treatment should be provided. Making fools out of patients is something I strongly advise this clinic to stop doing.
