Highly recommend for anyone without insurance needed medical or dental Insurance, I went in as a walk in with horrible Tooth pain and Dr. Chamba in dental was so kind and helpful. The nurses really treated me with respect and I left 100 times better than I went in.

The customer service at the dental office is ridiculous. I have not been able to schedule my regular cleaning appointment for over two months now. I have called 5 times and each time waited at least 40 minutes to an hour each time and no one took my call. I have been going here for 8 years, and this place used to be good, really good. But now, it sucks. They used to call me to schedule appointments when I was due for cleaning or exams, like other offices but not anymore. I am definitely changing to another office. See the screenshot. It DOES NOT give the callback option.

I went to see Dr Dan my first visit she is a wonderful doctor! Very supportive with women in domestic abuse coming out of it! She told me right! Very caring the whole team nurses also very sweet to me! I appreciate this medical facility very very much respect the work they do the extra mile they went for me to be comfortable feel safe an address my concerns issues medical problems! I give 5 stars bc it's all the way around a great place.. Clean facility always helpful no matter what your questions are! They help you that's the bottom line while respecting your wishes! I'm forever grateful they changed my mind about health care! Praise God we have them as an option! You go team! I'm very proud of you all! Thank you for always helping me! I'm calling my hands with praise in standing ovation! Keep up the great work you do please!!!! Everyone is awesome there I love you guys so very much! Thank you always a heart of gratitude! Been going to this clinic from 2015 to now. I keep returning because they have good dr’s. However, since they expanded it’s impossible to get a timely appt. Usually it takes 3 months or more to get seen (if they don’t cancel the appt). Recently I had to get a biopsy for something they thought could be cancer. It took 2 1/2 months just to get the biopsy. I could’ve had cancer growing during that time, but thankfully I’m fine. Now I need to see my psychiatrist because I’m having some serious side effects from a medication. But, I cannot get an appointment! I’ve been sending them messages on My Chart & calling for over 6 weeks and THEY WILL NOT RESPOND! I called last week, waited for over 1.5 hours to get a call back then they hung up on me!!! It’s outrageous and so unprofessional. . Stand up for your selves people! You deserve to be treated like a human being! You also deserve timely service! Don’t let them treat you poorly just because your on medi-CAL!

I have been coming to One Community for over two years now and have had nothing but good experiences. I have dealt with the Pharmacy, Primary Care, Emergency Care, Dental and the care has been wonderful. Two providers that I want really enjoy working with are Jason Summerlin, PA (Primary Care) and Dr. Tracy Ngo (Dental). Both of these providers are friendly, take time to answer your questions thoroughly, don't make you feel rushed and treat you like family!. Jason helped me resolve a very painful facial condition that I had ongoing for months, assisted me in bringing my blood sugar back to a normal range as he did my blood pressure..all this just after a few visits. Dr. Ngo is why I have a beautiful smile and I can't say enough good things about her and her assistants! I have several family and friends who are seen here as well and they will tell you the same thing. I highly recommend!
