This place deserves no stars!!!! Over my course of trying to see a doctor over time, I have scheduled an appointment with this clinic, and I can see one mistake, but over time it’s been several mistakes and very unapologetic. The day of one appointment I never received a call to remind me because they had one digit of my phone number incorrect. I then arrive a few minutes late literally 10 mins late for a new ointment and the person upfront Norm is rude as hell. She doesn’t display positive customer service to customers of color. Very out of touch. I had to reschedule for today as I write this post. I took off work for this appointment just to be told that the doctor won’t be in today. Like why are just now being notified? Not at all recommended. This place lacks the basic essentials of verifying information, customer service, diversity, notifying customers, meeting customers where they are, and assuring customers they will make things up to them or even apologetic when things happen. They may never read this review which will also show they don’t care for you but they money you can bring only. Please go somewhere else!!!!!!
This place is strange. I brought my son in to the optometrist because he broke his glasses. When I got there they told me he needed an exam so they rescheduled us, 8 days later we came back. Mind you, I have a messed up knee. I was 10 minutes late and the receptionist for women’s health and optometry, (a Mexican lady) told us they wouldn’t see us. She was rude as hell. I was pissed. Then I called 10 minutes later and a woman said we are allowed 10 mins of grace period. So again, I’m pissed! Fast forward, I’m at another appointment a week later for myself. Same area. (She is also the receptionist for women’s health). As I’m sitting there 2 Mexican women come in over 30 mins late! And she accepts them. Make it make sense! I’m definitely changing clinics. DONT COME HERE especially if you’re not Mexican or white. You get better treatment. Smh
Seems to me they are more concerned about getting paid than actually helping patients. Unnecessary appointments, over the phone appointments for results only cost over $160.00.
I need to speak on the chemo therapy team . I went through my cancer journey at this hospital. And I pray God bless every single one of these people.vwty encouraging and dedicated. They are a family together and they embrace you to there best ability beyond profession. And they are very professional. And dedicated. . one love and one nation. .towards one another and patients . I can't describe the love and support I felt from them. So respectful. . the youngest. Team member. They respect to the eldest . It' was a awesome. Experience. Even my. Tough. Little lady cancer Dr. And the surgeon who cut the cancer out and save my breast with the least scar she could.
Very unprofessional service. Prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. I asked specifically for a physical prescription note and was told it would be sent over electronically and would be ready in 30 minutes. Waited for six hours only to be told by the pharmacy nothing had happened ever been sent. When I called to inquiry about the prescription I was told someone would call me back the next day which is completely unacceptable. After which I was told a message had been sent to the provider and that I needed to wait for the pharmacy to contact me. Again I waited 30 minutes and the pharmacy again said nothing had been sent. I tried calling back multiple times but the phone was forwarded even though they were still supposed to be open. Absolute worst impression as a first time patient. And would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
