I called again today about the abusive behavior towards my son and me at Redwood rural dental. I have been a patient for 16 years. Suddenly I don't have a provider again for the third time. Why do you allow them to phycologicaly harass patients. Why does my son have to be punished and lose his teeth over not giving him a provider in four years. All of this is easily proven through cancelation after cancelation for my son and me. My son has been through enough phycological trauma from the A&E TV show. Since then constant problems. Why? Neglect. The common denominator is Barb at Redwood rural dental which is my son's abusive mother's friend. Please correct these problems! Stop the Hate!!!

Extremely unprofessional MAs. I didn’t feel listened to even after explaining that I am in a lot of pain and have been to the emergency room because they haven’t been able to fit me in soon enough. They don’t care about your mental health in the slightest nor do they care about your time. Avoid at all costs.
