Bad Attitude, Problems exist with the staff, front desk 'check-in' and this location facility management. Doctors have been very good overall but some of the MAs (especially head MA) have been quite rude. Enough reason to probably 'shop' elsewhere for kinder spaces.
I’ve had nothing but good service at the Holt location. Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. The wait time isn’t as bad as other offices I’ve visited. The usual Dr. appt. wait times.
This place is awful. It's visibly dirty. While I was in my exam with the doctor on three different occasions the staff barged in without knocking to ask the doctor questions. The wait was over an hour with an appointment. I spent a good amount of time arguing with their very rude staff about whether or not I was a patient. They said I wasn't. My insurance card clearly says otherwise. It was as though I was personally offending them. They were yelling and getting upset. Then another receptionist miraculously figured it out somehow and determined I was a patient. I wish I wasn't, but insurance gives me no choice but to come here. Dr. Jing Fon Moy was professional and courteous despite the environment. He was the only positive.
One of the worst medical facilities I've gone to. Suzan, the NP, is unfriendly and makes you feel unheard, she does not have a welcoming or caring demeanor. She had a rude attitude the three times I saw her, despite me being polite towards her every visit. She was also running behind more than two hours each time, that is way longer than any other facility I've been to. Her medical assistants were kind and friendly, but her demeanor was so off-putting and below standard, I switched providers specifically because I felt so uncomfortable with her. Many of the girls at front desk were also unprofessional. The waiting room is quiet, they gossip and curse loudly enough for us to hear. They would sometimes switch to Spanish to speak about inappropriate topics, but there are many Spanish speakers in the room. I switched myself and my family to a different facility and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve been going here for well over a year now and seeing multiple doctors for different health issues. I have never experienced any issues until yesterday. I arrive early for my 4:10pm Chiropractor appointment this time. I arrive just after 3:50pm. Greet the girls at the front desk and sign in. While waiting for my appointment another patient arrives and mentions he is there to see the Chiropractor in which they tell him he is late, his appointment was at 3:40pm, but they will go ahead and reschedule him to 4:00pm. Mind you it is just after 4:00pm. Not long after they call his name roughly around 4:06pm to see the Chiropractor (my appointment is at 4:10pm). At this point I bring it up to their attention that I was next to see the Chiropractor. I was here sitting in the waiting room, and he had just arrived. They informed me he was re-scheduled, to which I reply I was aware since I had been there the entire time when he arrived late to his appointment, and they completely jumped and bypassed me. They apologized and said they don’t know why the young lady set him up before me. I asked to speak to their manager but was told they were in a meeting. I asked how I can put in a complaint; they gave me a form to fill out for my complaint. By the time I was finally called in to see the Chiropractor, it was well past my appointment time. He apologized for the inconvenience and told me he had no idea I was even there waiting for him. He proceeded to show me his monitor where it depicted that I just barely been sign in two minutes ago. He also mentioned that it wasn’t the first time and a few other patients had gone through the same thing. So, the issue here lies with the girls up at the front desk. They are not doing their work effectively and are neglecting the patients. Instead of sitting around joking and gossiping, they should be checking in the patients or at least learn to multitask to where work can still be fun for you, but you follow through with your job. When I was done with my appointment, I asked if the manager was available now, and was informed they still weren’t. I ended up leaving and I hope my complaint form actually gets turned into to management but you never know, it could end up in the trash.
