It feels like I've been on a never ending journey trying to find a solid therapist since the beginning of COVID with little to no luck. The journey has absolutely blown me away with just how many ineffective, uncaring and frankly unprofessional people are out there allowed to call themselves mental health professionals. Well, this brings me to my current situation, with LCSW Kara Smith. I guess the ol saying is true, good things come to those that wait. Each week after our session it's as if an emotional brick or two has been taken off my shoulders. I actually look forward to our appointments and thank the universe for finally showing me what proper mental health practitioners are capable of doing for one's mental health and wellbeing. My only complaint is I'm only allowed to have one session a week. 10/10 recommend her skills!
I have been a patient at this Center (the closest place to get primary care) and I have been thrilled with all of their services. My doctor is excellent, the dental department is awesome, vision department gave me the most thorough exam I ever had. The chiropractor is a miracle worker. Everyone is just so nice and they remember their patients. The facility is beautiful and clean. I feel like I am receiving world class care in a small rural community.
The wait times are awful! Be prepared to be there for at least 2 hours for a 15 minute appointment. They tell you to be there 15 minutes early, but you will be waiting for your "check in" time at least 15 minutes after your appointment time passes. Once you get in the exam room & they finish telling you your practioner will be with you shortly, be prepared for another half an hour, at least. I have waited over an hour sometimes. Unacceptable.
El Dorado Community Health Center has provided excellent care for my husband and me for seven years. Their new offices on Missouri Flat Road provides one stop shopping for medical, dental, mental health, pharmacy and lab work. It is a state of the art facility with top-notch staff. They provide professional, prompt and courteous service and we are very pleased to have found them. We recommend them highly.
Simply the best dentist I have taken my daughter to. She’s six and was so comfortable. The entire staff in the dental office was so welcoming and very nice. They are so amazing with their little patients. My daughter absolutely loved this dental office. I don’t mind the hour and a half drive not one bit! Thank you all for what you do and how amazing you all are at the office!
