I have had THE MOST AMAZING experiences here at PHC. I almost can't believe all the other 1 star reviews!!! I've been treated so well since my first contact with PHC. Everyone (both Rohnert park and the McDowell location) has been extremely helpful in getting me started with seeing a practitioner. Dr. carly deserves her own 5 star review separate from this one!!! She is SO incredibly patient centered. I am beyond blessed to have been assigned to her for my healthcare. She takes everything I bring to her with the utmost care. She listens and responds and she always starts the appointment with "what can I do to be most helpful to you today?" She never pushes any agenda but rather works to fit into my needs. She is so bright and bubbly making the whole visit feel comfy at ease. If you need to see a Female Practitioner, I highly recommend Dr. Carolyn Huwang (aka Dr. Carly). All receptionists, lab workers, nurses, and pharmacy technicians have been a pleasure to work with. No one has ever been rude or short with me. They genuinely want to help the community and they do care. I am happy to have PHC as my clinic.

Petaluma health center is.a great resourse. It has the.petaluma center and one in Rohnert Park these are the two I use. Blood test are a drag to take because it is first come first serve and there is a waiting list that fills up fast thats the only draw back. It good for the community at large offering sliding scale payments and offers good medicine. Its a win win for the community

I’m 74 years old and have never had such a positive health care experience. Starting from the front desk. Tara White expressed heartfelt concern and convinced me to get tests done asap. I ended up admitted to the hospital. I thank her for my life.

Eloize, Eloiza something like that was her name. I called to ask something and I was very respectful and she was just so rude to answer. If you going to work in a clinic or anyplace helping people BE NICE!!!!! or go to work somewhere where you don’t have to talk to people.

For pharmacy if I can give 0 I would gladly do it, every time I go to pick up medication they are very rude the way they respond to you. Just not right!
