The doctors at this office are wonderful, and I have been very happy with my care overall. However, I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to a very disappointing experience with Stephanie from the referral department. I requested an authorization for a specialist for a documented medical condition affecting both of my hands. When I followed up after confirming with my insurance that no authorization had been submitted, Stephanie told me to wait because she was busy and had others ahead of me. She also cited the fact that I recently changed specialists as a reason to deprioritize my request. Changing specialists should not affect the processing of an authorization and is not a valid reason to delay care. When I continued to advocate for my medical needs, she hung up on me. When I called back, no one answered. This is not the first time I have experienced delays from this department. I have previous authorization that took 1 1/2months to process. The doctors deserve 5 stars, but patients should be treated with respect by all staff, not just the medical team. I hope the office addresses this issue so other patients do not have the same experience.

My family and I just moved to this area not too long ago. I asked my neighbor to recommend a doctor office and they sent me here. I am so glad they did :) Everytime I visit the office team is so nice! My wait is never too long and the young lady… I believe her name starts with a “L” she is very attentive to my mother who can be very fiesty sometimes lol. So i just wanted to say, Thank you staff for all that you do!! Keep up the amazing work!!

The girls in the front are helpful Hard to get some one to answer but besides that im in and out One girl in the back is always nice and cares for patients regardless of there race or age she does so much and takes her time to actually listen to concerns I have. Always has a smile & good energy Shireen see my 2 kids and is the best!! Helped my oldest age 3 to get better within 2 days . Was born premature so was often sick for the smallest reasons , now he rarely gets sick , full of energy ! Best clinic if you want to be in & out and get help from people that do care

I came here for the first time with my wife and the waiting time was not long. We went in quickly it was nice and clean Highly recommend this place and the back office was so helpful with my wife’s questions and concerns she even decided to to go back, she felt so comfortable with one of the workers that she was talking to her name was Leoanee she was so patient with us. If you guys go and see this worker know that she will try her best to help you guys out.

Place was great workers where so nice and patient my first time going, and I had a great experience.I will definitely be going again for sure. I was happy to find one of the workers Leoanie she was so helpful and answered all my questions. She was a great listener and well communicated with me.
