My experience with staff and doctor Krystal Uong has always been excellent and great customer service help,!y waiting time has always been great ! I have no reason to see why anyone would complain about the center at this location because it has been always excellent too me!!!!! Thank you very much to the front staff workers as well as my Dr.Krystal Uong!!!!! Thank you both!!!!

Had an appointment few days back but wait time was too long so i rescheduled. The girls in the front were very helpful. They were busy but the girl that helped me, i think her name was Ivette helped me reschedule. I would saythis clinic has better custmer servicethan the Fontana clinic by Citrus. The girls are so rude, i still remember her name Karina. Never going back there again.

Medi-Cal has been messing my daughter’s insurance I came here because they see uninsured kids and help them get temp medi-cal that lasts 30 days. The wait was not long as I had forms to fill out , the pediatrician was amazing and attentive. All the girls front & back office were polite and helpful. Claudia was amazing and was able to get my kid in the day after I called. Thank you guys for your service 💜💜

The staff is really nice but the office itself is always very chaotic. There’s always a TV on, super loud, and on top of that, waiting time is at least 40minutes, even with an appointment. People in the waiting area are all on their phone, making loud phone calls and watching videos out loud. They should hang up a sign that says to keep it a lil bit down with the use of your phone. No one is watching the tv, yet it’s blasting out loud. Since everyone is on their phone, they should turn off thee tv or at least turn it down, and offer WiFi for their guests. I really like my doctor Dr Tan, that’s why I’m still coming here. And the front desk girl Yvette lied to me that my MRI results were in when I called the day before my appointment so I don’t have to come in for nothing, or multiple times and pay multiple times copay, ( I did need to see the doctor for refill of pain meds) but Yvette said they had the results, after waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes they told me they don’t have the results and that Yvette lied about that, she apologized to me saying that she did tell me on the phone they have my results and she would fax the imaging clinic right away to get them but then it didn’t happen. She lied to me twice cause she said that they did fax it to her, she just didn’t upload it in the system. Now the doctor told me they didn’t send the results at all. Anyway, Dr. Pei Tan is super nice and helpful and whenever they have the mri results she will call me to schedule another appointment, I don’t have to pay a copay then. I did have to pay today cause I saw the doctor for my pain meds refill. I shouldn’t even be the one who’s making sure the mri results are in, they should be taking care of stuff like that. Anyway, they solved the problem in a good way, and they’re very nice. Just very unprofessional. Especially Yvette, although she seems a really nice hard working girl, but I told her. Girl, you cannot lie about that.
