This clinic is the worst of the worst. You've been with them for 25 years, they ask you to identify yourself 50 times per visit, and the doctors don't know anything about the patients even if you've been with them for 25 years.

I don’t recommend coming to this clinic at all, personal is rude and they are not empathetic at all. My appointment was cancelled because “I was late” by 9 minutes. I got here on time but there was no one on the front desk to direct me to the OBYGYN, I had to go room for asking if they could help me out. I was finally told where I was supposed to be going and by that time it was already late. Apparently courtesy time is not a thing here, the lady told me it didn’t matter if I was 1 minute late they weren’t taking me in. I tried to explain the situation to her but she only rolled her eyes and said she could reschedule my appointment for next month. I waited for this appointment more than 3 months, they were supposed to complete an urgent procedure. Guess is not urgent enough for them.

Came for a walk in dental appointment and they took great care of me. The employees are super kind and the atmosphere is great. I'm so thankful I chose this place for my dental care. Looking forward to my next appointment.

It's atrocious that there is no way to speak with your provider directly. Everything must go through the call center, which is no help. They claim, they have no direct contact with the providers and can't even send messages to the doctor's offices. They can only schedule an appointment. 7 days out for a return phone call!!!!! It wasn't an ER but was an urgent concern! DO BETTER!

My wife and I had an appointment at this Valley Healthcare center with Doctor Nowakhtar to get a referral. She was very polite, friendly and helpful with us by answering all our questions. The staff was also great and this place has a lot of parking.
