I was very saddened and disappointed with the care I received by Dr. Schwartz. I was seen with Dr. Schwartz for an ER follow in up. The medical assistant immediately told me that I need to be scheduled with another doctor because Dr. Schwartz didn't want to be my primary. I had no problem with that. When I was seen the Dr looked at the computer the whole time and just seemed irritated I was there. I wanted a follow up because I have been having new severe symptoms, I have a history of strokes and brain surgery and my neurologist couldn't see me sooner. She lectured me saying I need to see a neurologist like I was wasting her time. But I haven't had any issues or severe symptoms in the past couple years so I hadn't seen my neurologist in a while. I understood that she is not a specialist but I just felt very unwelcome and criticized by her during my visit. She didn't even give me the chance to explain how I have been feeling.
