I was diagnosed with type 3C diabetes. I had everything ordered for me and to follow up with a nurse how to use all the equipment. I was so impressed how they handled the appointments and how quickly they got me in and I didn’t wait in the clinic but maybe five minutes! I saw Lesley at the old clinic Ole and boy was she something else! She was so patient and understanding and explained everything to me. Because type 3C is not common she recommended me to talk to my primary if I had other questions, but she answered, almost everything! Loved her! Thank you for hiring such great staff, clinic Ole!
Denise Maldonado is one of the good ones. She is great provider. I highly recommend her. She always takes her time to listen to you and asks questions.
I’m honestly baffled by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy. I scheduled an appointment for long-term symptoms and was assigned a Saturday appointment in Napa, which is not close to where I live. I waited all day the day before for a confirmation text or email and never received one. I had to call the morning of just to finally get a text confirmation. When I arrived in Napa, there was no clear direction on where to go. I was initially sent to Ole Health South Campus, which was closed. I tried calling the number I had contacted earlier that morning, only to find it had switched to an after-hours line with no one available. I had to Google the doctor’s name myself to locate the correct office. There was no direct way to reach the clinic to explain the confusion or the lack of communication. I arrived at 1:07 PM and was checked in, only to be told the doctor refused to see me because I was outside of a five-minute grace period. I explained the situation, showed my maps and call attempts, and received zero assistance or empathy. The refusal of service is especially frustrating considering the errors were entirely on their end. What made this especially upsetting was that the office was not busy at all, making the refusal feel unnecessary and purely procedural. To make matters worse, I later learned that a call from a random number the day before with no voicemail left was apparently their attempt at confirming my appointment. That is unacceptable. This experience was a complete waste of time and energy. Poor communication, no accountability, and no patient consideration. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
Had a horrible experience with Dr. Joanna plumettaz. She does not have the right bedside manners to be working with kids. And this clinic sucks we’ve taken my son back multiple times for pain and a gash in his leg and they can never do anything about it and give us no answers for it. If you’re gonna be a doctor then actually try to do better. Not just brush off your patients. I don’t get how this clinic is still opened after having so many bad reviews and being reported to the medical board by other patients. It’s a waste of time going here i recommend every body to stay away from this place. Make them lose their business and their patients so they can finally just close down and go away for good.
Horrible experience I didn’t even arrive to my appointment. Five minutes late upon being called to check in and sign the paperwork. I was asked to sit down and fill it out after I did so the lady came outside to let me know that she didn’t realize that I was late and they had given away my appointment to someone else, but they might possibly be able to give me another person‘s appointment who they called and was not responding to coming in for their appointment. This left me questioning why I didn’t receive a call from my appointment to confirm whether or not, I was coming in even though I was only five minutes late. I proceeded to sit for another 25 minutes I was told that I am not even guaranteed to be seen after waiting for this appointment for over a month. I was offered an appointment for the next day, I also requested to speak to the manager or person on duty that was in charge. I still have yet to speak to anyone that has overall been a horrible experience. I can only imagine what it’s like to be seen by the doctors themselves. It makes sense why there’s only a two star rating here To be completely honest, I’m scared to even be seen in Napa hospitals at all as a black woman I receive horrible treatment every time.
