This place and organization and its administration staff is a joke they should not be allowed to administer care to anyone until they get they act together. there are a mess. Please report them to The Center for Health Care Quality's (CHCQ) and the California Medical Board. I have been mandated to this clinic and since my first visit there they failed on everything patients rights to administering professional Health Care • They are constantly very late even though you have an appointment • Fail to Retrieve my pass records so ur doc can know your history • Referrals are always wrong and something you never had a referral but they call to tell you do • The intake process is so unprofessional and the girls at front desk know nothing
