First time there to get papsmear and the front desk girls very nice nurses as well was fast and the doctor also took her time to explain and listen to my concerns. I was in and out in less than 1 hour.
Everyone is so kind and professional very clean office Dr .S mamisay was very kind she explained every procedure with me she took her time and answered all my concerns and explained everything she was very caring kudos to her I would give her over 5 stars thank you all even the front desk girls were very kind and fast no waiting time . I definitely will make this my dr.office .
Long story short, bad costumer service, extremely long waits, archaic facility with limited services. Do your research, don’t waste your time here. We came here for my wife’s first appointment with the OBGYN. Prior to the appointment the front office staff made it a point for us to provide proof my wife was pregnant, as if the SAR our insurance provided wasn’t proof enough. We made the efforts to do so only to find out they do one themselves regardless…Waited nearly two hours before my wife was seen. They’ll have you wait over an hour, move you to the exam room and have you wait another 30 minutes. Only to discover they don’t even do ultrasounds here. After finally speaking to the OBGYN, she said we would be directed to multiple facilities for my wife’s future appointments. Some of which are not covered by our insurance, and don’t expect them to tell you if they are or aren’t.
If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I have never been treated this horrible than how I was treated today! I had an appointment today for an important follow up pregnancy ultrasound appointment. My husband and I arrived 20 minutes before the appointment time and the girl by the name “Christina or Christine” was VERY rude and had horrible attitude! She did not help us at all nor tried to make the situation better! She had her attitude the entire time and treated my husband and I horribly! We kept telling her that we did have the proper insurance and she denied us access! She claimed “I didn’t” and didn’t even help assist me in the respectful way, knowing I DID have the proper insurance! She then said “we can’t service you. You need to find a different office or pay cash!” She never helped with anything and didn’t even check my social on the system! We then went back in and told her to check again and little did she know I HAVE THE PROPER INSURANCE!! She had the audacity to try and brush off that she was WRONG and had the AUDACITY to say “well you need to reschedule, the doctor left for the day!” The NERVE that girl had! How is she even able to work their?! She wasted my appointment date/time! Gas! Horrible human being! This clinic deserves no stars!
Horrible clinic!! Do not recommend. I saw the reviews and decided to try this place out, I’m new to the area and this location was also the closest to me, so it seemed perfect. I scheduled my first appointment over the phone. Days before my appointment I had some questions and I called and no one would answer second day I tried calling the line wouldn’t go through and it even said the cell phone number is not available. They day of my appointment I went in and the place was dark inside with not a single patient seemed strange. One huge disappointment was that I expected them to take precautions when a patient goes inside the clinic. They didn’t take my temperature nor did they ask me if I had any symptoms of COVID-19. This was a huge red flag. It made me realize how unsafe it is going to this clinic. There were to ladies in the front desk I told one of the ladies I had a appointment she searched in the computer and told me there was no appointment for me that day. She also told me I had appointment for the following week. I was upset and told her why did no one reach out to me to confirm my appointment and if they switched my appointment why did they not call to let me know. I also mentioned about them not answering and that I had called several times and she ignored me and didn’t respond. I find these people very unprofessional. I decided to go with another clinic that actually calls to confirm appointments and actually calls you personally and is not a machine leaving a voicemail. Also the new clinic I go to takes better precautions before letting patients into the clinic, takes temperature and asks questions before going inside.
