my husband has been seeing Jeff nurse practitioner for over a year now and I just changed my provider to Jeff and had my first appointment yesterday, first time in 77 years that I actually had a good time at a doctors appointment. Jeff spent over an hour with me, being a retired nurse. He cut to the Chase and talk to me in the language that I understand., He didn’t just listen, or control the conversation like most doctors do, he interjected when he needed to help me to decide about my own, And what my needs were.. Some of my family members have asked me why I wanted to see a nurse practitioner and not a real doctor., Well in my 50 years of nursing, I’ve seen a lot of real doctors and a lot of them are very good, I’ll take Jeff over all of them. Thanks, Jeff you make a difference.

The dental office in Dunsmuir is superb. I have only good things to say about the entire team, for the consistently compassionate and unsurpassed quality of care provided to our community. The office staff are ever friendly and quick to get you scheduled for treatments. The X-ray tech was expedient and thorough. The dental assistant is attentive and prepared during procedures, helping patients remain at ease in comfort. Dr. Mantovani is simply the very best dentist I've had in my 57 yrs. He kept me informed throughout every part of treatment and was ever sensitive to my comfort level. He is expeditious as he plies his considerable level of dentistry skills. Dunsmuir is now the place where anyone can receive the best dental care available anywhere! Kudos indeed.

Doctor Fort engaged my 17 yo son with genuine interest and concern for his well being. My son was heard, seen and cared for which opened him up to have a candid conversation with the doctor. I am extremely pleased with our visit today. In fact, the entire staff was exceptional.

We always have had good great experiences with Jeff and Dr. Fort. They have been so patient and understanding with my kids plus their office staff is amazing. Kim has gone above and beyond to help me with a situation when she doesn't have to. I'm very happy with my kids new providers.

Staff has always been helpful and friendly. I have been seen by Megan and Claudia and appreciate that they really listen and take the needed time. I never feel rushed. They have worked with me and taken into account my concerns and preferences in order to determine the best treatment options. Update. My daughter had an urgent medical need while she was visiting. In addition she had to get on the road home the following morning. Shasta Cascade staff work together to ensure she saw someone that day. They went above and beyond Very grateful.
