This place was amazing! They not only got me in right away but also are so kind and really do care about you. Every single person was so friendly and kind. The nurse was so amazing and made me feel so comfortable! Her and the doctor were so helpful!
They may start a procedure on you, and half way through decide they don't want to finish it, and advise you to seek help elsewhere, 5 months after the initial appointment. And when you return, the dental assistant may mention that no specialist dentists accept medi-cal, so it would be impossible to make an appointment elsewhere. If you have other options, use them.
I had to miss an appointment for the birth of my child and now I am not allowed to make appointments. I was told that I would have to wait in the office and hope that someone cancels if I want to be seen and there was no guarantee I would be seen. The service at this facility has declined to the point that it is not worth trying to go here. The staff is a mix of decent people and very rude individuals that will treat you like a criminal if they decide they don't like you. The clinic has a very hard time keeping good workers because of how poorly they are treated, but there are still good hardworking people there. It is a shame to see how far this clinics quality has fallen after they expanded to other sites to try and stay afloat. I would advise that you find a different office and save yourself the hassle of dealing with this institution. I hope that this clinics focus will return to the patients and the quality of care they deserve. I know many people in the community that feel this way, I hope it changes for the better.
I've waited at least an hour for my dental appointment every time I've been here. If it's normal to be that far behind every day they should change their appt system rather than make people wait that long. Everyone is nice and I like the care I receive otherwise. Updatedto a higher score because they're just so darn nice
Omg the nicest people ever! I’ve put my kids teeth before my own for yrs. So of coarse I was a little scared & full of anxiety. Let’s just say I left the treatment appointment feeling relief & happy. I feel so comfortable & look forward to move on with treatment. The 2hr drive to the office doesn’t seem so long now🙂
