I had a recollection a few years ago where a male nurse saw my daughter before the Dr. my daughter was a new born, and this sick man puts his finger in my daughters mouth making her suck it. It had made me feel uneasy all these years my daughter is 8 years old. Idc how long it’s been medical records can show who that nurse was and I want to file a report. Single father here, they also called child services trying to take my daughter. Dr. Seguro was the name of the doctor. Now that I’m older I will be taking legal action!!!
My daughter arrived in the ambulance. The front desk person / Asian gentleman was very rude . Said to wait that my daughter wasn’t very important . When she was suffering an abortion, loosing blooding every second . I asked for help while my daughter was suffering in deep Pain. I wanted the baby to be alive but the Asian guy denied to help also did not provide his name. I demanded for service,. Mydaughter continued loosing a lot of blood .. she was about to loose her life as well . The front desk guy, shouted aloud to kick us out. And remarked “If we didn’t like the service to go somewhere else “. I was so disappointed, and demand to talk to to manager or supervisor . Another man dressed all in black uniform, came only to kick us, including my sick daughter. Witch he also denied to give a names , mentioning that my daughter wasn’t important to bring a doctor to the room . After a while coming back and fourth. A female doctor , Caucasian around her 70’s . Approached us in friendly and profesional manner and conducted an abortion to stop the pain and the bleeding . All I can say hopefully you can met this doctor or else the personnel will let you die with no mercy . Good Luck but hopefully no one goes thrue this night mare . Thank you so Much doctor for Being a good human being with a Humongous heart. Don’t trust this hospital.
During and after COVID, I went through a very difficult time — I lost my job, my health insurance, and struggled to find part-time work. Every place I applied to required a physical exam, but I couldn’t afford one without insurance. It felt like an impossible situation. After reaching out to several people for help, someone recommended White Memorial Hospital. I went in, filled out an application, and met Nurse Maribel Galvan in Suite 4300. I was embarrassed and anxious, but Maribel treated me with kindness, compassion, and respect. She patiently guided me through the process and connected me with a social worker who helped me access the basic medical services I needed at a low cost. Thanks to Maribel, I was able to get the physical exam and doctor’s signature required to continue working in education with students. Even though I had to cover the cost of lab work on my own, the hospital made the process affordable and accessible — something I truly needed at that time. Over the past few years, I’ve returned to White Memorial for my yearly physicals before the school year begins, and each time, I’m reminded of the care and humanity that people like Maribel bring to their work. She represents the best of what healthcare should be — compassionate, understanding, and willing to help others through their rough patches. I’ll always be grateful to Maribel and White Memorial Hospital for their kindness and support when I needed it most.
Ever since they started the call center they always call to cancel my pediatrician appointments because they are either booked incorrectly or the provider will not be available. It’s a joke that you have to wait months to see a provider and then get cancelled the day before your appointments.
I just started with this facility and already I have been poorly taken care of. The Nurse Practitioner prescribed me new medication and I asked that I receive a glucose monitor. 4 days later I’m still waiting for the glucose monitoring prescription sent to my pharmacy. I thought that the medical industry had an oath to do no harm???
