I had a appointment at this clinic for the first time. I was very pleased with the staff and the services that I received. I will definitely continue coming here to receive services.
I called today around 3:38 PM to ask if the dental office accepts medical and i would be a new patient. The receptionist, Rosa, appeared upset and provided minimal information. She stated that the doctor would need to see me in person and hang up. When I called back, I was told that appointments must be made in person. To verify my insurance, and then i can make an appointment. She refused to write down my information. As a Medical Assistant, Im aware new patient appts are commonly scheduled by phone or through a callback process. The refusal to provide information or assist with scheduling made the experience extremely unprofessional and unclear
I love my clinic, my family and it has been going there since 2000 . they have been doing many changes , and now it is much better. The staff , nurses and Doctors are nicer, it's cleaner and more organized. It's not over-crowded like before.
Dr. Dugard at the Watts Health Center is absolutely amazing! I've been bringing my kids to see her for years, and she consistently provides top-notch care. Today was a pleasant surprise - the new nurses were super nice and sweet, and the wait time was significantly shorter than usual. It's clear they're working on streamlining their process, and I appreciate it. No more 5-hour waits for us! Dr. Dugard's expertise and compassion make her an excellent doctor. Highly recommend her and the Watts Health Center to anyone looking for quality care!
Hello, my name is Marco. I wanted to make a review today because I had called this morning to make an appointment and I spoke to the operator and she made me an appointment at three and I showed up at three once I showed up to adult medicine, they told me that my appointment was not showing up. I went to urgent care. I told them that I made an appointment and that my ear was hurting. I had came here on Monday. The only thing that day was prescribe me some antibiotics. The reason why I am writing this review is because my ear was hurting very badly and today when I got there and told them, they took care of me and they flush down my ear And I am very grateful and thankful to the medical assistant and the Watts health center workers. Thank you very much. My ear feels better, but not everything was taken out, but a good portion was taken out. Did everything that swabs would clog my ear didn’t think that swaps were only to clean ears. I don’t feel any. Pain and my ear feels relieved. I can’t wait to follow up with my primary doctor. even though I was very unsatisfied when they told me that my appointment didn’t show up, I am still very grateful that I got the medical assistant to flush down my ears
