this location has A1 number one doctors healthcare is outstanding. the only issue I can ever have with the place is getting through but they do have the ability to leave your number and get a call back but the place is outstanding when it comes down to the medical services and the preventive care that they offer. I like that I'm always able to see the same doctor. I just got to make an appointment. testing is really easy. they have a world-class pharmacy right there so if the doctor prescribes you some medicine you can just pick it up there that same day. I've been using this clinic now for the last 3 years and never had any issues. staff is outstanding and remember who you are. via care all the way

If I can leave a zero I would it’s unbelievable how useless the customer support is when calling about an appointment I’ve been struggling for a whole week with a simple lab result overview being told different dates and dates not being changed or confirmed.

I never leave a review but this time I’m done I had been going to this clinic for 15 years some of the Doctors are grate but the most concerning is the receptionist staff they are the worst and unkind ,ohhh but wait when you try to make an appointment over the phone lately you be waiting for 20 -30 minutes then they will hang out on you I don’t understand if they don’t like there job or deal with patents why do they hired people like that I don’t understand I think they don’t get the proper training ,management should be more on top of all complaints I and do a routine so they know were is the problem coming from. I understand is not an easy job but be kind don’t be rude to your patients you decide this field and you getting pay for it .

I wanted to take the time to write this review because my doctors and nurses have been so exceptionally nice and helpful! This is my first pregnancy and my OB is Dr. Park. He is one of the kindest doctors I have ever encountered, and as a woman dealing with a male doctor I have felt so comfortable with him. He is very thorough in providing all necessary information and answering any questions. Dr. Park truly seems like he cares for the well-being of his patients' health and our babies-- it shows in his interactions. Nurse Shirley is just the sweetest also, she has been so helpful and just an overall easy person to talk to. Everyone I have encountered thus far have been a pleasure to be around :)
