I felt very racially discriminated against I would walk in 5 mins before my appointment time and still have to wait dang near 30mins -to a hour and all while they take more people w the opposite skin color even if they walked in after me . Very racist even as u sit in the waiting room you can hear the desk operators whispering and speaking in different languages .
The staff is extremely rude and nonchalant, they schedule you just to make you wait a hour and a half in the appointment room regardless and then get an attitude when you mention it. This umma location is horrible
I love this clinic. The personalized care is amazing. If they miss your call they will call you back. Everyone is kind and attentive. I feel heard and I don’t feel disregarded.
Dr. Galdaviz killed my mother with her lack of care. She ignored collective symptoms.of cancer for years and went as far as to say that CT scan results showing extensive lymphatic abnormalities was just a virus, and she only needed to rest and stuff. Later, shen lied to another specialist doctor about having reviewed the results of the CT scan; she said she did not see them. When she was discharged from ER 2 times. Dr. Galdaviz confirmed that she will have a phone appointment with my mom on a close date with the discharge staff and later call my mom to move her appointment for a later date. The office also made it impossible for me to help my dying mother manage authorizations and appointment information even though she was so tired and was trying to get better. Her cancer was treated too late to save her. My mother was a healthy woman. And with the doctor's lack of concern over strange symptoms, she was reduced to nothing. I lost my mother because of her. She should have her license revoked.
This clinic has such a lack of accountability and following through. Constantly hanging up on their patients. Every time I’ve gone I have to go back because they forgot to have you sign something or they forgot to hand you an authorization form you need for a follow up appointment. The front desk will tell you your appointment is set and to “please not miss it because it’s the only available appointment” only to find out the receptionist with the worse attitude didn’t make the appointment. not to mention the staff will have you repeat your information 10 times before having it down correctly. I hope some type of management comes across this review, the doctors and nurses are great and have a real passion for kids they’re playful and caring I would hate to have to get my son a different doctor because of the front staff. Please do better UMMA.
