Came here for my prenatal appointments. Everyone was nice but I hated my provider HANG HUYNH!!! She’s not nice, acts like she could care less about you, for the first 3 appointments she says she didn’t think she met me yet. She will make you feel like you are overweight and talk down on you when I really didn’t gain that much weight I’ve seen people gain double of what I gained. Get anyone but her, her smart responses suck. Ended up paying to get ultrasound somewhere else because appointments were filled with nothing for months
Doctors here are very friendly and really try to help patients out. They offer different types of specialties and also have a dental clinic. They work with patients with no insurance and offer a sliding scale payment plan. They also have a food pantry. Most if not all staff is bilingual.
Not as attentive as it used to be. I just feel like another number. And I’ve done the screening for depression about 3 times within the past month with no follow up. I still do appreciate this place, though.
I called to make an appointment with the OBGYN. The person I made an appointment with said due to the severity of my health issues, I didn't need a referral. I got a call this morning from someone saying I needed to make an appointment with a primary care physician for a referral AND that I needed to change my primary care physician with my insurance in order to be seen by one of theirs. I called back to get further clarification and was told to call back at a time that I am working to make an appointment with the primary care physician and that I do NOT need to call my insurance to change it and that my appointment tomorrow afternoon, set at a time that works for me, was cancelled. This third person said an appointment was available at 8am tomorrow for the primary but I'm not able to make appointments during my work hours because I am in a 90 day probationary period so I'm not allowed to ask for time off. I haven't been to a doctor in over a year because I lost my coverage and lived in a state that wasn't capable of helping me. I don't know if the people here need to go through retraining or what, but apparently no one knows what the policy for making appointments is.
Awesome clinic, doctors are great and care about the community! They have a dentist on site too. All are welcome, insured or not and you don’t have to live in the community.
