The girl with glasses is hateful and discriminatory, unprofessional and should quit if she’s so bitter and miserable working there. People in the medical field are supposed to be compassionate and empathetic because patients are vulnerable and not feeling well. Why does this place not care about and even hate their patients? May God deal with them

The care I receive here is impeccable whether from the doctors, the nurses and / or the admin. Always helping and finding solutions to help patients like me. The nurses and the admin are always pleasant and smiling. Keep up the excellent work.

I truly don’t recommend this clinic if you expect basic communication or respect. They almost never answer the phone, and even when you leave a callback request, you’ll likely never hear back — maybe 1 out of 10 times, if that. I once sat right across from the front desk and called the clinic multiple times in front of them — not a single person picked up. There’s also a woman with glasses who sits on the left side of the front desk — her attitude is extremely unpleasant. She glares at patients in a way that honestly ruins your day before you even see a doctor. It feels like patients are treated as a burden here, not as human beings. If you value your time, sanity, or health — look elsewhere.

I would like to say that Saint Anthony Medical Center is so amazing. The staff are very friendly. The office is ran like a well oiled machine. My wife was able to see the doctor and dentist all in the same day which is unheard of. I recently switched my dental services to Saint Anthony was very pleased with the service. I would wait 3-4 hours at the previous dental office just to get my teeth cleaned. I love how the wait time is next to none. For instance today I brought my wife in for a 1:15 pm appointment and she was seen by 1:10 pm. Incredible!

Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The front desk staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and was told they couldn’t see me because I was a new patient. Instead, they insisted on rescheduling me for the next day. I had waited a long time for this appointment, and it was very important for me to see the doctor today. The way I was treated felt completely disorganized and discriminatory. This medical center is a nightmare. Take care of yourselves and stay far away from places like this.
