We had a great experience at this pediatric clinic. I came with my daughter and the entire staff was incredibly kind, patient and welcoming. The doctor explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and made my child feel comfortable, which meant a lot to me. The clinic is clean, calm and well organized, and we were seen on time without a long wait. We left with only positive impressions and will definitely come back. Highly recommend this clinic to other parents.

Avoid this clinic especially rude Dr. Chavez – Demeaning experience and poor environment The Doctor’s Conduct: Dr Chavez spent more time lecturing me on why I should "listen to him" than actually listening to my concerns. Despite it being my body and my choice regarding my medication, he was incredibly forceful and made it clear he wasn't interested in a collaborative approach. Outdated Focus: He was obsessively focused on my distant past records rather than who I am today. Even though I’ve changed significantly and tried to explain my current needs, he refused to listen. Ironically, he claimed he "knew nothing about me," yet blocked every attempt I made to provide an updated history. He seemed more interested in checking boxes and filling out paperwork than treating the patient in the room. Facility Quality: The clinic itself is unprofessional and poorly maintained. Hygiene: The waiting room seats are visibly stained and the overall environment feels dirty. Clutter: The interior is cramped and cluttered with equipment everywhere, making the visit feel chaotic. Final Red Flag: This practice has been in business since February 2019, yet they have suspiciously few reviews for a clinic open for seven years. After my experience, I understand why they might not have a long list of satisfied patients. Save yourself the hassle and find a provider who respects your autonomy and maintains a clean professional space.
Monica is very much rude. Do not let yourself be assigned to this facility. Very unprofessional.
We love Dr. Ballou.
