I love this medical office. They have the best system to be seen by a physician: first come first serve. This is awesome as many of their patients are elderly; and I believe an elderly person who is sick should be seen right away and not have to wait. I usually aim to arrive at 9:00 a.m. when they open and I’m usually seen immediately. The longest I’ve ever had to wait was maybe an hour. Everyone that works here is pretty helpful and efficient. All the doctors, and nurses, etc are excellent and give quality level of care. I can’t say enough how wonderful it is to have this clinic in Chinatown.

I recently just went there about a week ago and the treatment with the staff and doctor was very welcoming and caring. The doctor is an amazing person, he truly made me feel like hes my family doctor, like he truly cares for his patients. I can see Dr. LUU being my life long doctor.
