I waited over an hour in the waiting room and everyone else that came after me was seen before me. I got to my appointment 40min early and their excuse was , “oh you’re a new patient “ . Doesn’t make sense and honestly juts feels racist since all the Hispanic patients that came after me were seen .
My local pharmacy has been calling for over a week to get an urgent refill. When I finally got someone at Eisner, she was kind enough and concerned but they still filled it wrong. Also, they sent me mail with someone else's referral authorization and personal medical info. Talk about HIPPA violation! Today I called the pharmacy to correct and their voice mailbox is full. They need to get all their admin staff trained better because you can tell they want to do good work, just lacking proper guidance.
I have been a patient for 2 years now and I am very satisfied with the care and attention that I receive there. The office staff is friendly and courteous as are the medical providers. The offices are clean and they always see me in a timely fashion. I have no trouble booking appointments and the office is walking distance from my home which is great.
I’ve only had telehealth appointments with a midwife but they nailed alll the questions I had for them. ( which was a lot ) very helpful and I feel confident that I’ll have the best care under them. Thank you. Edit* my appts are all now in person and I can’t rave enough about the staff. The front desk ladies are so sweet and kind every time I walk in. The ladies who take my vitals ( the ones I interacted with ) are also very kind too. The 2 midwives I had appointments with are also very kind and friendly and informative. I feel well taken care of whenever I leave the obgyn. Thank you ladies for everything you do.
I mean overall they have never fail me. Everytime something is with my daughter they help me. They have giving me the best experience compare to my old clinic. They also help me get help from the regional center which is amazing. The staff are always helpful. Plus my daughters doctor (Xóchitl Olmos Jackson) she’s been an amazing help. She’s the best :)
