My primary case physician was assigned, but I got a different doctor the first time I went here. Their MyChart website does not let me schedule appointments or send messages, so complete lack of functionality. Tried to book an appointment through the chat, but the person behind the chat would take 5-10 minute breaks between chats leaving me hanging, started the chat at 11:30am just to check for appointment slot, responded so slowly that it took this person 1 full hour until 12:30pm to just get back to me to tell me they have nothing "anytime soon" after asking me if morning or afternoon appointments are better and told me to go somewhere else. At this point, I had to go to the bathroom and when I came back after 1-2 minutes of inactivity the chat had already booted me out.

I love Saban Community Clinic crime upon the founder is an amazing person. I can’t believe he opened up all these wonderful clinics to help people. He really paid it forward. I found a doctor at this location that I very impressed with Dr. Silva. I’ve never been happier with this doctor. He understands all of my problems and believe me I have A lot Health issues I’ve also been to the clinic on Melrose, which is also an amazing location and I’ve also been to the one on Hollywood Boulevard. Also amazing all of the sub clinics are actually just wonderful. They’re so clean. The doctors are amazing. I pharmacies is wonderful and the pharmacist are nice. Sometimes I’m so sick. I can’t come pick up my medicine and they deliver it to me. I think this is the best clinic in the city of Los Angeles. I love Saban Community Clinic and the doctors and nurses and all the staff. Thank you, Serge.
