Staff have gone extremely downhill in the past years; reception in particular. They are generally rude and Not solution oriented at all. They cite unwritten arbitrary policy and the wait for appointment is on par with private practices. You're better elsewhere if you if you have urgent issues. Walkin slots are virtually nonexistent and poorly handled.

I am very thankful for today's visit. I was able to see the doctor and get a prescription right away at a low cost. Thankful to God and the front desk, I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was very patient with me, I couldn't even think right due to 10 level earpain I'm going through. Thank you again.
