Best clinic to have my prenatal care the staffs are amazing
This clinic is amazing they have amazing staff and provide great service
Got my wisdom teeth extracted at this place and they did a good job, I was in and out fairly quickly. I would recommend this place for this reason, just a heads up make sure to book an appointment before coming here to save some time. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Maricruz she’s one of the receptionist at this clinic and she helped me with my paperwork and everything thank you! I would definitely comeback to this place because of her she’s great!
Horrible experience. I've been in pain from a toothache from a horrible cavity I have. I asked if they found the problem and if they could fix it the same day, and the receptionist said yes! I came in on 2/11/25 because I was approved for medical, but it wasn’t showing in their system, so I came back the next day at 10:00 am because they told me my medical was showing in the system. They were late to start my appointment even though I was on time, and after spending an hour and a half there (mostly waiting), the dentist told me he couldn't help me because he hadn’t done a root canal since 2009 and the guy they had on staff that does root canals doesn’t do molars! What dentist tells their client they don't know how to do a root canal? Why are you a dentist if you don’t know how to do a dam root canal!! And why do you have a guy who doesn’t know how to do molars, which is part of the process of a root canal?! On top of that! I was told the guy who does extractions only comes on Saturday and won’t be available for another two weeks!! IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, AND I WAS STILL LEFT IN PAIN AFTER WAITING AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT! I do not recommend it; the staff acts as if they don’t care, and it doesn’t feel welcoming.
This clinic has been my primary care provider for over 6yrs now. And I always find myself feeling powerless, & anxious when I leave this place. You’re at the mercy of these medical professionals – the people who are supposed to be experts – and refuse to listen to you or explain things, It’s the worse feeling ever. As a patient, I deserve to be treated with respect and appropriate compassion. I am entitled to clear, understandable communication from the people providing medical care. Doctors are supposed to be in the line of work of helping people. With this profession comes a lot of responsibility. The medical field is not supposed to be simply diagnosing a problem, handing out a few pills, and moving on to the next patient. It means much more. It means being a physician, and a physician means being a healer. I think it’s important for them to remember why they’ve entered the field in the first place; if it’s because they sincerely want to help people. Next time, kindly tell your patient the issue its far outside your clinical practice and training. And NOT use Google. Because, if that was the case I could’ve saved myself the trip to the clinic and just Google it myself from the comfort of my couch.
